Nutrition

Our dietitian is here to assess the dining needs and desires of our residents and to increase their health and well being. By cooking with healthier oils, we are contributing to healthier staff and residents. We also recently began serving hot cereals that are bursting with fiber and replaced some of our refined bread items for whole grain foods. Your loved one can experience the comforts of a healthy, home-cooked meal without the trouble of cooking and cleaning! Our dedicated culinary staff prepare the finest home-cooked favorites, including pot roast, city chicken, meat loaf, and hearty chili.  As described in the Eden Alternative, choices are important. The Dining Services department rotates the menus to make sure our residents are served all of their favorites. Residents enjoy menu choices at each meal.

The Field House Café
Alternative Dining Experience

The Field House Café is an enhanced dining option for our residents, family members, guests, and employees of Concord Reserve. We are proud to offer an alternative-dining venue where patrons can enjoy hamburgers, soups, salads, and wraps, plus fresh baked cookies and ice cream. 

The Field House Café also features original murals by noted artist Steve Wilson. This artwork celebrates Cleveland sports history including the Indians, Cavaliers, and of course, the Browns. Also highlighted in these exceptional murals is Cleveland sports legend Jim Brown #32.
